3. I breathe all the time, why do I need to change my breathing habits?

8. I know about Rebirthing. What is the difference between "Breathe and Heal" and Rebirthing?

In Breathe and Heal we use the breath to access the stored emotional energy held in the body. We focus on the emotional energy and not the experience (which we term "the story") that caused it. Breathe and Heal focuses on the emotional energy and, quite deliberately and specifically, not the story. Therefore there is never anyone or any thing to blame.This is how we learn full accountability for our feelings.

We have observed that focusing on the story reinforces and anchors the emotional energy in the body and the unconscious mind, whereas focusing on the emotional energy, and not the story, allows the emotional energy to be released, cleared, and healed, leading to transformation.
