Breathe and Feel Questionnaire

If you answer some of these questions with yes, you will certainly benefit from this work:

  1. Would you consider yourself a shallow breather?
  2. Do you have health problems?
  3. Does your body get stiff?
  4. Do you experience anxiety at times?
  5. Do you worry about certain aspects of your life? (money, job, partner, children, aging, etc)
  6. Do you carry resentments and do you have grudges?
  7. Are you frustrated easily?
  8. Do you have regrets?
  9. Do you have the tendency to analyze and figure things out?
  10. Do you “feel” guilty at times?
  11. Is shame an issue in your life?
  12. Do you bite your fingernails?
  13. Do you have the tendency to be critical of yourself and/or others?
  14. Do you get angry and then blame?
  15. Do you sometimes feel sorry for yourself?

  1. Are you breathing fully, deeply and effortlessly into the abdomen, with every breath you take?
  2. Do you experience life with an open heart, feeling loved and emotionally connected with family members, friends and co-workers?
  3. Do you have little stress in your life?
  4. Are you free of ailments and pain, – physical or emotional?
  5. Do you often say “I love my life as it is”?
  6. Are you fulfilled in your life?
