Welcome to the Breathing School

Breathe and Heal” at the Breathing School is a body and heart centered approach to complete wellness in mind and body.

The four principles that guide this work:

Breathing deeply and naturally all the time

  • Connecting Body – Heart – Mind harmoniously

The Breathing School teaches:

  • How to restore full natural respiration to your body
  • How to be emotionally present, authentic and accountable
  • How to integrate the past and heal body, heart and mind

The Breathe and Heal Approach:

The Breathe and Heal approach is down to earth, simple, practical and works like magic. It incorporates aspects of rebirthing and breathwork. All that is required is willingness and commitment.
